Paul Savage

Paul Savage has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Individual Insurance Canada at Manulife since 2009. In this role, Paul has successfully led the Individual Insurance business through significant changes, achieving record sales and new business value while enhancing both internal and external experiences. Previously, Paul held several leadership positions within Manulife, including Head of Product & Pricing and Assistant Vice President, where Paul significantly improved team engagement scores. Paul's actuarial expertise extends to global asset liability management and product development, with a foundational education in Honours Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
