Regina Santillan

Regina Santillan is an accomplished Senior Product Owner in Colleague Experience Technology at Manulife, with a strong background in project management and HR systems. Since joining Manulife in August 2013, Regina has led the delivery of various colleague communication products, including the global employee intranet and employee survey tools, while driving agile projects for modernization initiatives.
