Sarah Schilbe

Sarah Schilbe is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Insurance Sales for the Central East Region at Manulife since February 2008. In this role, Sarah demonstrates strong leadership by motivating team members, establishing goals, and supporting professional development. Prior positions at Manulife include Director of Inside Insurance Sales and Manager of Inside Insurance Sales, where Sarah focused on strategic business improvements and team performance.
