Steve Ames

Steve Ames is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and implementation within the financial services industry. Currently serving as AVP North America Retirement Client Services at Manulife since September 2020, Steve has held significant roles at John Hancock, including AVP RPS Client Services and AVP RPS Implementation. Prior positions include Director of Strategic Implementation at Manulife Asset Management and Assistant Vice President of Client Relationship Management at Lincoln Financial Group.
