Steve Dryburgh

Steve Dryburgh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Manulife since June 2022, Steve provides global HR support for Corporate Functions and C-Suite executives. Prior to this role, Steve held various significant positions, including AVP and Head of HR for Canada at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational development for a workforce of 2000 across multiple sectors. Steve's earlier career at Unilever included roles such as HR Director for Supply Chain NA and HR Director in both Canada and the UK, emphasizing talent management and engagement strategies. Steve holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
