Sudesh T

Sudesh T currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Asia at Manulife since November 2020. Prior to this role, Sudesh held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Heals Healthcare from April to November 2020. Sudesh has extensive experience in customer care at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, where various roles included Head of Customer Care Transformation, Head of Customer Care Management, and Head of Customer Experience, focusing on enhancing customer strategies and managing omni-channel contact centers. Sudesh's career also includes a tenure as a Change Consultant at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, delivering change initiatives in the Asia Client Fulfillment and Services area, and a Senior Manager role at HSBC, leading global business change and transformation projects. Sudesh is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Management with a focus on social mobility and diversity at INTI International University Malaysia after obtaining a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Computing from Nottingham Trent University.
