Antony Boyd Fcpfa

Antony Boyd FCPFA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in public sector finance management. Currently serving as Treasurer for Manx Wildlife Trust since July 2022 and as Director of Finance for Douglas Borough Council since April 2018, Antony has held several significant roles, including Financial Management Advisor for the Isle of Man Government's Corporate Strategy Division from November 2014 to April 2018, and Director of Finance for the Isle of Man Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture from December 2011 to October 2014. Previously, Antony worked as Assistant Borough Treasurer at Douglas Borough Council from June 2002 to December 2011 and as Accountancy Manager for Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils, as well as Breckland Council. Antony's career began in auditing with Coopers & Lybrand. Academic credentials include a CIPFA degree from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from the University of East Anglia.
