WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager based in Austin, TX, to take the lead on our TikTok advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in performance marketing and at least 2 years of experience managing TikTok ad campaigns exclusively. Experience with brand and creative strategy, especially targeting creators, influencers, or related verticals, is highly preferred. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth efforts on this emerging platform, collaborating across departments to execute and optimize campaigns that deliver results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Develop, execute, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, including acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Work closely with our creative team to guide the development of TikTok-specific content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Drive performance improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and features in TikTok marketing to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage relationships with TikTok account reps and any relevant third-party vendors.
• Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and creator-driven content campaigns to amplify our brand presence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful performance marketing strategies.
• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok ad campaigns exclusively, with a deep understanding of TikTok's platform, ad formats, and best practices.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing brand and creative strategies, ideally targeting creators, influencers, or verticals related to the creator economy.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience with performance analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for TikTok, social media trends, and innovative digital marketing strategies.
