Daniel J. McKelvey

Daniel J. McKelvey is the current Head of Finance & HR Ops at ManyChat. Daniel has over three years of experience in finance, most recently serving as the VP & Head of Finance at Ascent RegTech. In this role, they were responsible for the financial analysis of Microsoft’s multi-billion dollar product portfolio in the Latin America region. Daniel also advised senior management on issues and opportunities uncovered through market research. Additionally, they were responsible for product forecasting, budgeting and strategic plan processes.

During their time at Ascent RegTech, Daniel led a team of 9 finance professionals dedicated to cloud finance initiatives in multiple countries. Daniel also introduced a new reporting infrastructure for all internal reviews based on MS Power View technology.

Daniel’s experience in finance and ability to manage complex projects makes him an asset to any organization. Their track record of success in identifying opportunities for growth and streamlining processes makes him a valuable leader in the finance world.

Daniel J. McKelvey has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Economics, Finance, and they also have a BA from Case Western Reserve University in Economics and Asian Studies with minors in Japanese and Statistics. Daniel also attended Kennedy Catholic High School.

They are on a team with Slava Busarov - Head of Analytics Department, Dave Wilby - Chief Product Officer, and Anton Gorin - Head of Infrastructure. Daniel J. McKelvey reports to Mike Yan, Co-Founder & CEO.
