Elena Amelicheva

Elena Amelicheva has diverse work experience in recruitment and HR roles. Elena is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at ManyChat, where they are responsible for building and leading an international recruiting team and achieving hiring goals. Prior to this, Elena worked at Yandex as a Team Lead Recruitment, where they managed a team of recruiters and developed recruitment strategies to support business needs. Elena also served as the Media services recruitment team lead, leading recruitment efforts for various departments within Yandex. Elena's earlier experience includes working at Uniastrum Bank as a Regional Recruitment Director, where they conducted full-cycle recruitment, opened job requisitions, and managed recruitment activities across the organization. Elena has also held roles as Head of Recruitment Unit, Senior HR-specialist, and HR-specialist at Uniastrum Bank. Elena began their career at Kelly Services as a Permanent Recruitment Researcher in the Banking & Investment branch. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Elena Amelicheva completed their education at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. From 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. During the same period, they also obtained a degree in Interpretation with a focus on English. In 2013 and 2014, Elena furthered their education at the same university by studying HR.
