Satheesh Ravala

Satheesh Ravala is the chief technology officer at Diligent Corporation, the leader in modern governance providing SaaS solutions across governance, risk, compliance and ESG, with more than $500 million in revenue and a $7 billion company valuation. In his role, Satheesh is responsible for driving Diligent’s technology strategy and bolstering the company’s platform innovation to provide organizations with a single source of truth for governance, risk, compliance and ESG data.

With more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the technology sector, Satheesh has garnered extensive knowledge in cloud-based platform expansion. Prior to joining Diligent, Satheesh held the role of Senior Vice President, Engineering Mortgage Technology at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) where he drove the successful expansion of its cloud-based platform and solutions. Prior to that, he was at Yahoo! for over 13 years, where he held various technology leadership roles.
