Laura Gutierrez

Laura Gutierrez has worked in various roles since 2007. Laura began their career as Food & Beverage at Sheraton in 2007. In 2012, they took on the role of Country Manager at Freshii. In 2016, they became the CEO and founder of Harvest Consultoria, where they also served as a corporate advisor at Platzi from 2018 to 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they also served as a Consultora at Frubana. In 2020, they became the Country Manager at RobinFood and in 2022 they took on the roles of Head of Dark Kitchens at Manzana Verde and Head of Operations at Kitchenita.

Laura Gutierrez has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) in Hospitality Administration/Management, obtained in 2009. Laura also has a professional cooking certification from Gato Dumas, obtained in 2011. Additionally, they have a basic finance certification from CESA, obtained in 2015. Laura has attended Colegio Anglo Colombiano, although it is unclear what they studied there. Finally, Laura has obtained a number of certifications from Platzi, including Curso de Inteligencia Emocional (2019), Fundamentos de la Gestión de Proyectos (2019), Curso de Técnicas de Negociación (2019), Curso de Fundamentos de Ingeniería de Software (2019), Curso de Introducción al Marketing Digital (2019), Curso de programación básica (2019), Curso de Marca Personal (2018), and Ingles técnico para profesionales (2018).
