Neselene Fruto

Ms. Neselene Fruto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Office/HR Recruitment Manager at Manzil Healthcare Services since January 2016, Ms. Fruto previously held dual roles as HR & Admin Coordinator and Executive Secretary at TADMUR - ROOTS ENERGY & ENGINEERING SERVICES WLL. in Doha, Qatar, from April 2013 to December 2015. Ms. Fruto obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from the University of Mindanao, where studies were completed between 2006 and 2010.
