Martina Paganini has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Martina started their career at the Province of La Spezia as a Tutor for foreign students in 2008. Martina then worked with the Greek-Italian Chamber of Commerce of Thessaloniki as part of the Leonardo Da Vinci GENMA Project. In 2009, Martina was involved in the Leonardo Da Vinci ERMES Project at the Irish Academy of Public Relations in Dublin.
Martina joined the University of Pisa in 2011 as a part-time employee at the Counselling Service of the Faculty of Economics and later moved to the International Relations Office of the same faculty. In 2014, Martina interned at QS Quacquarelli Symonds in the Intelligence Unit – Sales and Marketing role.
Martina's experience in the digital field began in 2014 when they joined Mosaicoon as a Campaign Manager. Martina then became a Digital Project Manager at the same company. Martina later worked at Zooppa as an Account Manager, where they also took on the role of Sales Account Manager. Their responsibilities included building relationships with clients, preparing and presenting projects and strategies, and contributing to the definition of commercial targets. Martina worked at Zooppa until 2020.
In 2020, Martina joined SHAA as an Account Manager. Martina spent a year and a half with the company before transitioning to their current role as a Special Project Specialist at A. Manzoni & C. S.p.A. starting in 2022.
Martina Paganini holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Market Research from the Università di Pisa, which they completed between 2014 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, also from the same university, from 2009 to 2014. During their academic journey, Martina engaged in an Intensive Spanish Course during the summer semester at Universitat d'Alacant. In addition to their formal education, Martina Paganini has obtained certifications such as the Facebook Marketing Partners: Creative Platforms Certificate from Facebook in January 2018, and the European Computer Driving License from the ECDL Foundation in February 2007.
