Yuval Appelbaum

Yuval Appelbaum has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, Yuval worked as a Research Assistant at Ben Gurion University of the Negev until 2016. In 2016, Yuval joined the Israeli Police as a Junior Assistant at Forensic Ballistics, staying in this role until 2018. In 2017, Yuval joined MAO FoodTech as an R&D Specialist, serving until 2021. Following this, Yuval transitioned to MAOLAC Crafting Nature's Wonders, where they started as a Project Manager in 2018. In 2021, Yuval became the Lead Engineer in the same company and later progressed to the position of Head of Research and Development in 2022. As of now, Yuval continues to hold this role.

Yuval Appelbaum completed their International Baccalaureate from Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro (EARJ) from 2006 to 2011. Yuval then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Biotechnology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they successfully completed from 2011 to 2016.
