Swapnil (Neil) Jadhav

Swapnil (Neil) Jadhav has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Swapnil (Neil) began their career as a Geographic Information System Developer at IGATE in 2010. In 2011, they founded Hardcastle GIS, a Global GIS Solutions Provider based in New York, London, and Pune. Hardcastle GIS works in four core areas which GIS, AI/ML, Mobile Apps, and Software Development. In 2020, they founded Map My Crop, where they currently serve as Founder and CEO.

Swapnil (Neil) Jadhav has a well-rounded educational background. Swapnil (Neil) began their education in 1994 at St Judson High School, where they obtained their SSC in 2004. Swapnil (Neil) then attended Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri, Pune, where they obtained a High School Diploma Science in 2006. Subsequently, they attended Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application in 2009. Lastly, they attended Symbiosis International University, where they obtained an MSc in Geoinformatics in 2011.
