Grace Furst has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Dance Instructor at Ballibay Camps, Inc. and later as a Sales Associate at The Impeccable Pig. In 2019, they gained experience as a Pre-Professional Student at the American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive. Grace then joined C.E.A. Scholtes & Associates as both an Accounting Intern and a Web Designer. In 2020, Grace worked as a Web Development Intern at MISSION and as a Web Designer & Developer at Gammalon Music & Sound. Grace also served as the Lead Designer at OrcaChat. Starting in 2021, Grace began working as a Designer at MOKA, a design agency where they gained skills in client relations, project management, and learning new skills. Concurrently, they worked as a Freelance UX/UI Designer, collaborating with multiple startups and design agencies. Most recently, Grace joined Map My Customers in 2023 as an Associate Product Designer.

Grace Furst pursued their education in a variety of fields. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the Baltimore School for the Arts, specializing in Dance. Following this, they enrolled in Southern Methodist University, where they simultaneously pursued two degrees. From 2017 to 2021, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University.

Grace has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in 2021, they completed two online courses, namely "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" and "UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate," offered by Coursera.
