Gregory Lavine has extensive work experience in the field of software development and testing. Gregory started their career as an Intern at PeopleSoft in May 2011. Gregory then worked as a Test Center Administrator and Team Member at Prometric Testing/Sylvan Learning Center from March 2011 to May 2012.

From August 2011 to May 2012, Gregory also worked as a Student Assistant in the Other Personnel Services department at the University of Florida. In this role, they assisted in quality assurance testing and documented and designed business processes within the Human Resource department.

In May 2012, Gregory transitioned to the role of a Testing Developer/Analyst at the University of Florida - Enterprise Systems. In this position, they worked closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and create and execute manual, automated, and performance tests.

In September 2014, Gregory became an Application Developer at the University of Florida, where they developed and maintained the university's Integrated Research Support Tool (UFIRST). Gregory customized and configured various aspects of UFIRST and worked on smartforms, workspaces, notifications, workflows, and webservices.

In October 2018, Gregory joined Map Your Show as a Full-stack Developer, and later became a Senior Full-Stack Developer in May 2022. At Map Your Show, they worked closely with the development team, quality assurance analysts, and account managers to create and maintain customized features for clients. Gregory also enhanced the core suite of trade show and conference software using languages such as Coldfusion, Javascript, Vue.JS, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

Gregory Lavine has an extensive education history. Gregory obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Music Performance. Later, from 2011 to 2012, Gregory earned their Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the same institution. In addition to their academic accomplishments, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level Certification from the American Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2012.
