Char Bennett

Char Bennett is currently the Head of Learning Solutions at MAPAL Group, where they collaborate with senior leaders on content strategy and manage high-value projects. With over five years of project management experience, Char has built a reputation as a creative problem solver focused on enhancing workflows and streamlining processes. Prior to their role at MAPAL, Char served as a Learning Experience Designer and held various positions in sales and events management, including stints at Benugo and Revolution Bars Group PLC. Char earned an MSc in Publishing with Distinction from Edinburgh Napier University and holds a BA (Hons) in Communication Design from Gray's School of Art.
