Maranda Tipa Mitchell

Maranda Tipa Mitchell has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Maranda is currently the Director of Finance and Accounting at MAPAL USA, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Controller at the same company from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining MAPAL USA, Maranda worked at Hyperion Materials & Technologies as a Business Controller from July 2018 to April 2021. Maranda also had multiple roles at Sandvik, including Business Controller at Sandvik Hyperion from January 2015 to June 2018, Accounting Supervisor at Sandvik Hyperion from July 2013 to January 2015, and Assistant Controller at Sandvik Hard Materials from October 2011 to July 2013.

Maranda started their career at Electronic Data Systems as a Business Analyst from February 2007 to October 2011.

Maranda Tipa Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management Pre-Law from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. Maranda studied at the university from 2003 to 2006.

After a brief break, Maranda pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Wayne State University. Maranda attended Wayne State University for their postgraduate studies from 2009 to 2012.
