Sabrina Santilli, MA, PMP®, is a seasoned Learning and Talent Development Program Manager at Mapbox, overseeing company-wide learning initiatives, global onboarding programs, and people manager development across multiple regions. With previous roles at organizations such as Giya.io, Facebook, and University of California Office of the President, Sabrina has cultivated extensive expertise in designing and implementing learning strategies, managing large-scale training programs, and improving operational processes. A former director at Fusion Academy, Sabrina has led transformative projects to drive educational success and student engagement. Sabrina holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Valparaiso University.
