Sheila Dugan

Sheila Dugan is an experienced professional in technical account management and public policy, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Mapbox since August 2020. Previously, Sheila held senior roles at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Government Excellence, including Director of Cities and Senior Implementation Advisor. Further experience includes positions at EveryoneOn as Chief Marketing Officer, a Fellow at Code for America, and various roles focused on community technology and broadband initiatives.
