Carlos Aguirre

Carlos Aguirre serves as the Director Juridico at H. Ayuntamiento de Tepeyahualco, a position held since October 2021. With extensive experience in legal and insurance roles, Carlos has also worked as a broker at Solidez Hipotecaria and as an insurance agent at both Quálitas Compañía de Seguros and MAPFRE since August 2020. Previous positions include Jurídico Manager at Notaria 6 Atlixco and Analyst of Acquisitions and Contracts at Delegación Estatal de PROSPERA. Carlos began a legal career at Secretaría de Desarrollo Social as an Attorney and has held roles in statistical project supervision at INEGI and as a Legal Manager at Notaria Publica N°46 Puebla. Carlos is a graduate of Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, with education completed between 2008 and 2013.
