Eva Rodríguez Henríquez

Eva Rodríguez Henríquez holds a degree in Psychology and multiple advanced qualifications, including master's degrees in clinical psychology, psychodiagnosis, early stimulation, and occupational risk prevention. They have extensive experience at MAPFRE, starting in 2000, where they have held various roles, including Subdirector of Health and Wellbeing, and Subdirector of Psychological Assistance and Prevention. Eva has also contributed significantly to wellness initiatives and support services for employees within the organization. Currently, they serve as the Subdirector of Prevention, Health, Wellbeing, and Psychological Assistance in the People and Organization area at MAPFRE España.
