Flávia Guastali is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in strategic purchasing and supplier management. Currently serving as a Comprador at MAPFRE since January 2020, Flávia oversees strategic purchases in the Marketing category and has previously supported IT & Telecom and Facilities categories. Prior experience includes leading procurement processes at Bullet Group, coordinating a team and negotiating various services for events and promotions, and holding buyer roles at GOL and Bayer, focused on uniform and catering purchases, respectively. Flávia began a career in procurement as an intern, gaining foundational skills in purchasing materials and supplier management.
