Hugo Assis

Hugo Assis serves as the General Manager at Mapfre Brasil since July 2023. Previously, Hugo held the position of Managing Partner for the Insurance practice at Accenture, leading operations across Brazil and Latin America from July 2017 to July 2023. Hugo's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Retail and Bancassurance at Zurich Santander Insurance America, Head of Industry for Finance & Insurance at Google, and Head of Insurance at Santander Brasil, focusing on product management and profitability across various insurance sectors. Hugo's educational background includes a Graduate degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a Post Graduate degree in Banking from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a specialization in Marketing Strategy from Adelphi University School of Business.
