Tem Salvà Pons

Tem Salvà Pons has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Director de oficina at Mapfre since January 2007, overseeing multiple offices in Palma de Mallorca and focusing on client care and team development. Prior to this role, Tem was an Asesor de clientes at Mapfre Vida from March 2001 to December 2006, where responsibilities included advising clients on insurance and financial products while developing sales teams. Earlier experience includes a position in Internal Auditing at Distribución Mercat (SYP). Tem obtained a degree in Economics from Universitat de les Illes Balears and completed a coaching certification from Destino - Escuela de Coaching in 2020.
