Matt Golden is the co-founder and CEO of MapHabit, a company that focuses on helping people overcome bad habits. Prior to MapHabit, Matt was the owner of Golden Motives, Inc., an IT/finance consultant firm that provided program management experience to Fortune 100 companies. At Golden Motives, Matt was responsible for extensive systems integration, cloud computing, and big data analytics. Matt also built complex data models around statistics, historical regressions, and driver-based forecasting to generate predictive recommendations. Some of their key customers included The Coca-Cola Company, Bell Canada, McDermott International, Babcock & Wilcox, and BWX Technologies.
Before Golden Motives, Matt worked as a manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP. There, they managed teams on multiple accounts across industries such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), aerospace & defense (A&D), and retail. Matt also developed the Southeast SAP BI practice which fostered client engagement skills and consulting career advancement. Their key customers included ACH Food Companies, Lockheed Martin, and The Home Depot.
Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Matt worked as a consultant at Capgemini Ernst & Young from May 2002 to November 2004. Matt then went on to co-found Tech Experts in January 2001 and served as a consultant there until December 2004.
Matt Golden received a BBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in the field of Entrepreneurship and Decision Information Analysis. Matt also attended Horace Greeley High School.
