Laura Popper

Laura Popper has an extensive work experience, beginning with their role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Buenos Aires - Pharmacology Chair in 1991. Laura then worked as a Peadiatrician in Private Practice and Clinics from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they moved to the Weizmann Institute of Science as a Post Doctorate/Scientist - Neurobiology. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Clinical Director at Foamix Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: FOMX). In 2007, they became a Medical Advisor & Pharmacovigilance Country Head at Bayer HealthCare. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Medical Manager at Sanofi. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they served as a Medical Affairs Manager at Astellas Pharma, and then as a VP Clinical Development and Medical Director at Mapi Pharma.

Laura Popper earned their Doctor of Medicine - MD from the University of Buenos Aires - Faculty of Medicine. Laura then completed a Post doctorate at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Neurobiology and Behavior from 2002 to 2004. Laura then worked in the Peadiatric Dermatology Department at the Ramos Mejia General Hospital. Afterwards, they completed a Peadiatrician Residence at the Garrahan Pediatric Hospital. Finally, they returned to the University of Buenos Aires to earn their Doctor of Medicine - MD.
