Bárbara Mattos

Bárbara Mattos is an experienced educator currently serving as a Lead Teacher at Maple Bear Canadian School since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing a children's class with a focus on physical and social skill development through in-depth bilingual immersion. Previously, Bárbara held the position of Teacher Assistant, supporting children's learning experiences through positive discipline and bilingual immersion. From May 2019 to March 2021, Bárbara worked as a Researcher and Artistic Content Creator at Casa da Ciência da UFRJ, focusing on creating artistic and cultural content aimed at popularizing science within the academic community, as well as developing research and scientific materials for the UFRJ museum space. Bárbara holds a degree in Literature from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2022.
