Khaoula Ayoun

Khaoula Ayoun is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles across multiple establishments. Currently serving as a Chef at Maple Bear Canadian School since September 2022, Khaoula has also worked at Palais Media as a demi chef de partie and Chef tournant since June 2021. Khaoula holds a chef position at Restaurant Pas Sage since September 2018 and co-founded SUSHIHOME, which specializes in sushi delivery and Asian catering, in August 2017. Previous experience includes roles as a Commis de Cuisine at Marriott International, Golden Tulip Hotels, and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included management of various kitchen stations. Khaoula's culinary education includes specialized training in arts culinaires from ISHT (2012-2014) and a Baccalauréat from L'Hippodrome.
