Kiran Patankar

Kiran Patankar is an accomplished executive in the mining industry, currently serving as President, CEO & Director of Maple Gold Mines since March 2021. Kiran also holds the position of Independent Director at Onyx Gold Corp., which focuses on gold exploration in Canada. Prior experience includes roles such as Mining Consultant, President & CEO of ValOro Resources Inc., and leadership positions at Timberline Resources Corp., Mackie Research Capital, and Macquarie Group, where Kiran was instrumental in significant capital raises and successful project evaluations across multiple jurisdictions. Kiran’s educational background includes an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
