Supply Chain Manager at Maple Hill Creamery

Jim Barber has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2011 as an Enrichment Teacher at Enrichment Educational Experiences. In 2012, they took on the role of Student Teacher at John Muir High School, where they observed a twelfth grade government class and created and implemented economics lessons. In 2013, Jim became a Student Teacher at Washington Middle School, creating and implementing lessons for students in sixth and seventh grade social science classes. Jim also took on the role of Paraprofessional at Special Education District of Lake County, delivering one-on-one instruction to students in a credit completion classroom and facilitating and managing the Edgenuity Online Learning Platform. That same year, they also worked as a Teacher at Family Focus. In 2014, Jim worked at Hansen Technologies Corporation as a Recall Project Coordinator and at Pactiv, LLC as a Master Planner, Demand Planner, Corporate Trainer, and Customer Account Representative. Finally, in 2018, Jim became the Supply and Demand Planning Manager at Maple Hill.

Jim Barber attended the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Secondary Education and Teaching. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they earned a degree in History and a minor in Geography. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied History and Geography. In January 2022, Jim Barber obtained a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
