Mark Momongan

Mark Momongan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Maple Hill Search Partners LLC, established in October 2020, which specializes in providing personalized executive search services for the real estate industry. Prior to founding Maple Hill, Mark served as Managing Director at Ferguson Partners from March 2012 to July 2020 and held the position of Vice President at Flint Creek Partners, LLC from July 2002 to January 2012, where the focus was on advising operators in raising institutional equity for real estate investment. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Houlihan Lokey on various financial assessments and evaluations and at Prudential Securities in investment banking specializing in technology-related financing. Mark holds an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Spanish with a Finance Concentration from Georgetown University.
