Jim Lasky

Jim Lasky is a seasoned entrepreneur and managing partner at Maple Hospitality Group since September 2019. Jim has held partnership roles at Maple & Ash since September 2015, Modpans, LLC since January 2011, and LP Ventures LLC until August 2024. Lasky was also a partner at etta from June 2018 to January 2023 and owned The Southern from January 2010 to September 2018. Previous ownership experiences include The Hunt Club from September 1994 to September 2012, Golfnow.com from January 2004 to April 2008, and Red Star Outdoor from January 2001 to January 2003. Additionally, Lasky was the principal at Lasky Management Group from January 2006 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, attended from 1983 to 1987, and New Trier High School from 1980 to 1983.
