Vincent Granet has worked in various roles within the hospitality industry. Vincent currently holds the position of Bar Manager and Front of House Manager at Maple Hospitality Group. Previously, Vincent has experience as a Bartender at The Alinea Group and as an Assistant directeur F&B at Buildinvest. With a Master's degree in Public Law from Université d'Angers, Vincent has a strong foundation in legal studies. In their role as Bar Manager, Vincent has been involved in the opening of hotels, designing bars, and creating menus.
