Chad Risch

Chad Risch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical service and agricultural management. Currently serving as the International Technical Service Manager at Maple Leaf Farms since May 2012, Chad successfully established hatcheries outside the USA and trained personnel with no prior duck experience. Previously, as an Indiana Field Technician, Chad collaborated with contract growers to ensure compliance with the company's standards and provided essential troubleshooting to address health-related challenges. Chad's military background includes service as an Infantry Soldier in the United States Army from January 2000 to June 2009. Academically, Chad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science (MS) in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Animal Sciences from Michigan State University.
