Nick Hendershot

Nick Hendershot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Value Stream Manager at Maple Mountain Co-Packers since December 2020, and as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions since January 2021, Nick has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior to these roles, Nick held various positions at US Synthetic from March 2008 to December 2020, including Customer Service/Production Control, Production Team Lead, and Production Operator. Nick possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Utah Valley University, enhancing expertise in business operations and management.
