Craig McMillan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Craig McMillan started their career at Prestwick Circuits in 1993 as an Nd:YAG Laser Technician, specializing in CAD/CAM. In 1997, they joined Hydrid Services as an Nd: YAG Laser Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for four facilities in North America, developing laser safety procedures, training personnel, integrating equipment, and enhancing productivity. In 2003, Craig transitioned to Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd, where they held various positions, including Senior Property Manager, District Manager, General Manager Operations, Vice President Operations, and currently serving as the President since May 2019.
Craig McMillan has a diverse education history. In 1991 to 1993, they attended Ayr College where they studied Information Technology with a focus on Computer Aided Design. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Sheridan College where they studied Project Management. In addition to their education, they also obtained a Condominium General Licence Ontario from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario in November 2017.
