Monica Brostean-Dinca is an experienced building manager with a strong background in property administration and quality inspection. Currently serving as the Building Manager at Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd since August 2016, Monica has effectively managed tenant accounts, coordinated maintenance services, and maintained professional relationships with both tenants and clients. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Property Administrator at T. Housing Non-profit Inc. and as a Site Administrator at Comfort Property Management Inc., where responsibilities included addressing resident complaints, processing invoices, and liaising with contractors. Monica began a career in quality assurance with previous roles at BlackBerry and Sanmina-SCI, demonstrating expertise in compliance inspection and training. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Hydraulic Machines and Pneumatics from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
