Adam Kalpin, RCM, OLCM is an experienced Senior Property Manager with a proven track record in managing condominium portfolios and overseeing property management teams. Currently at Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd since May 2017, Adam manages 11 condominium corporations and leads a team responsible for 10 additional communities in the Greater Toronto Area. With extensive experience in guiding property management according to the Condominium Act, Adam has held roles at Duka Property Management Inc. and Brookfield Condominium Services Ltd., where responsibilities included financial analysis, contract negotiation, and community engagement. Adam has also contributed to various boards as a Director and former President of York Region Condominium Corporation #941, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from York University alongside certifications in Property Management from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
