Gaven Ludlow

Gaven Ludlow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Maple Star Colorado since June 2019, Gaven previously held the position of Warehouse Operations Manager at Best Buy and served as Vice President and Executive Director at TFI Family Services, leading initiatives that positively impacted children and families across multiple states. Gaven’s career also includes significant roles at Target, where development and logistical efficiency were prioritized, and Kansas Children's Service League, overseeing contract services for the state's adoption system. Gaven holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Kansas, an MBA from Baker University, and a Bachelor's in Education from Fort Hays State University.
