Tom Winstone has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, serving as a Bread Line Compounder/Mixer at Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC since June 2017. Previously, Tom worked for Unilever from September 1979 to August 2016, holding the position of Mix Room Corrodiater. Throughout this career, Tom has developed a strong skill set in mixing and compounding processes within food production.
