Arnaud Arrecgros

Arnaud Arrecgros is a partner and head of the Finance department at Maples Group in Luxembourg, where extensive experience includes cross-border financing, banking transactions, corporate debt facilities, acquisition and real estate financing, restructurings, and capital markets matters since October 2018. Concurrently, Arnaud serves as a chargé de cours in Financial and European Law at Faculté de Droit de Nancy since February 2014. Previous positions include partner and counsel in the Banking & Finance department at AMMC Law, banking & finance lawyer at Clifford Chance's Luxembourg office, and lawyer at Arendt & Medernach, with a strong focus on banking, finance, and corporate law.
