Juno Huang

Juno Huang is a partner in the Corporate team at Maples and Calder, part of the Maples Group's Hong Kong office, since January 2019. Juno’s expertise encompasses a diverse array of corporate and finance matters relating to Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies, including private equity, venture capital investments, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, with a special emphasis on initial public offerings and listings in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the US. Prior to this role, Juno served as of counsel at Maples Group from February 2010 to November 2018 and was an associate at K&L Gates from June 2008 to December 2009. Juno holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Queensland.
