Carolyn Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carolyn started their career in 1982 as a General Manager at M&M Meat Shops, where they played a crucial role in opening new stores and ensuring compliance with standards. Moving on, they joined Murphy's Potato Chips in 1987 as a Customer Service Manager, where they successfully managed customer complaints and implemented policies for the department. In 1995, Carolyn became the Sales Operations Manager at DALSA, overseeing customer service, technical support, and sales operations. Carolyn implemented policies and procedures for these departments and handled ISO audits. Later, in 2007, they joined Maplesoft as a Director of Sales, responsible for sales and renewal business in various regions, including Europe, North America, and LATAM. Carolyn also set up procedures for the Europe Head Office and trained staff while deploying effective communication and support strategies for international resellers. Carolyn currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Maplesoft, demonstrating their continued growth and success in the field.
Carolyn Hill attended Forest Heights Collegiate Institute from 1978 to 1981 but did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study during this time.
