Carolyn Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carolyn started their career in 1982 as a General Manager at M&M Meat Shops, where they played a crucial role in opening new stores and ensuring compliance with standards. Moving on, they joined Murphy's Potato Chips in 1987 as a Customer Service Manager, where they successfully managed customer complaints and implemented policies for the department.
