Karen LM Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, risk management, and compliance within the finance and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations System & Control at Mapletree since May 2021, Karen oversees operational processes, risk management, and data analytics while also being a member of the Executive Management Team. Concurrently, Karen holds board positions at the Jane Goodall Institute (Singapore) as Treasurer and the Jazz Association of Singapore as Head of Audit Committee. Prior roles include Regional APAC Chief Risk Officer at DWS Group and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where leadership spanned various risk and compliance functions.
