Dom Dib

Dom Dib is currently the Director of People & Culture at Maplewave, where they focus on enhancing employee experience and organizational capability. With two decades of experience in human resources, Dom previously served as Human Resources Manager at The Berkeley Retirement Residences from 2017 to 2023 and held various roles at Sears Canada and Saputo Inc. Dom holds university certificates in Human Resources Management from UPEI/Holland College and in Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University. Dom is a certified HR professional, recognized as a 2024 HR Excellence Award finalist for their impactful contributions to the field.
