Jill Dorgan McGroarty

Jill Dorgan McGroarty has a diverse work experience starting as a Graduate Student Intern at the Office of Employee Relations at Michigan State University. Jill then moved on to roles at Monsanto, starting as an Employee Relations Representative. Later, they worked at Shemin Landscape Supply, where they held various positions with increasing responsibilities up to the role of Senior Director of Human Resources. Most recently, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Maplewood Senior Living, where they played a crucial role in the company's expansion and led HR initiatives during the COVID-19 crisis. Additionally, they are a Member of The HR Roundtable. Throughout their career, Jill has demonstrated skills in employee relations, talent acquisition, strategic planning, and business growth.

Jill Dorgan McGroarty earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology/Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan in 1990. Jill then went on to receive a Master of Science (MS) from Michigan State University in 1992, specializing in the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations.
