Lauren Colfer

Lauren Colfer has had an extensive and progressive career in clinical operations and project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Lauren began as a Clinical Research Assistant and Assistant Medical Writer at Beardsworth Consulting Group, Inc. before moving on to roles at Covance, Pfizer, Wyeth BioPharma, Cephalon, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Recro Pharma, Inc., and Aceragen. Lauren'smost recent role was as VP, Head of Clinical Operations at MapLight Therapeutics, Inc. Throughout their career, Lauren has shown strong leadership in managing clinical trials, overseeing teams, and driving strategic and operational excellence in various companies.

Lauren Colfer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General from the University of Scranton in 1996. Lauren then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Biotech & Health Industry Management at Penn State Great Valley in 2006.
